Poor Sebastian has very bad #gingivitis. 🚨

It’s a painful condition that makes his gums *extremely* red and swollen. 😬

He had a hard start to life, including gastro and flu ailments (a weak immune system is common for kittens born on the streets). ❤️‍🩹

But the gingivitis is the hardest problem he’s faced yet.

It’s tricky to treat and long term management is costly.

It involves medications, regular #vet cleanings and daily dental attention. 🪥

Plus possibly an #FME (full mouth extraction).

That means all teeth removed, which is expensive.

The only other option for Sebastian is, unfortunately, euthanasia. This is his reality. 😢

What can we do?

Well, not much on our own tbh. 🤷

We really need #CommunitySupport in order to give Sebastian a fighting chance.

He’s responded fairly well to medications so far. 🤞

But we’ve got a long road ahead of us.
