Tabitha can’t believe her plate is empty already lol. ð³

This is my Mum’s cat, Tabitha Louise (TL).

She was one of our fosters and a perfect fit for Mum.

ð

TL loves her food ð… A little too much haha. ð¬

And has four very small wet food meals throughout the day, in order to keep her calories down â¬ï¸ and her happiness up â¬ï¸

After finishing, TL will sit by her plate for awhile, contemplating the fact that it’s all gone. ð¤

And wondering where it all went. ð

She will not be distracted by the promise of a pat.

And takes her vigil very seriously. ð

An overweight cat is not a healthy cat. ð

Though of course some cats are naturally more filled out than others.

It has taken quite a bit of diet management and exercise encouragement to get TL to where she is today. ð¤©

Losing weight quickly is also not a healthy option, so we’ve taken a slow and steady approach. â

It may be tempting to give in to TL’s wishes and refill her plate pronto… ððð

She does have the cutest wistful face after all! ð¤

But we’d not be doing her ANY favours.
