Teddy Bear developed a cough due to his flu, so we took a little trip to Heartlands Veterinary Hospitals in York for a check-up.

This was probably the first vet appointment that T-Bear had ever had in his life! 😲

And, as usual, we all had a wonderful experience. 🌟

Heartlands is to be commended for their professionalism and expertise! 💯

There is always a calm, relaxing environment and the utmost respect for both animals and guardians.

T-Bear is estimated to be around 12 years of age.

He is *amazingly* negative for both FIV and FeLV.

🥳

And his blood test results showed that he currently has no obvious underlying health issues within the parameters tested. 🤩

That means that organs like his kidneys, liver and heart are doing very well, especially considering his advanced age! 👏

Needless to say, we were overjoyed to receive this welcome news! 🤗

T-Bear is on a course of antibiotics to assist in clearing up his cough.

And has begun to eat independently again. 🎉
