Buried heads seem to be a common theme.

Winter OR summer.

I’m a voice in the Case for Cats.

But voices like mine are often drowned out by those who shout ⚡

And ignored by those who won’t listen.

I’ve been impacted by voices from across the Wheatbelt.

Voices that speak of the strays in their own backyards.

The frustrations, the fears, how they fall on deaf ears.

Marnia… 🖤🤍🖤

Kulin stray ‘Mumma Narnia’ gave birth in a Wheatbelt wardrobe 😄

The home owners heard squeaks one day and after searching the house, discovered Marnia’s secret stash 🤭 🤫

She and her babies went to Cat Haven for foster care.

And Marnia was returned to us when the kittens were weaned so she could continue her feral to friendly journey.

She’s still gaining confidence, is very food motivated, loves a scritch behind the ears and sports a bit a sass in her tuxitude 🤏

All in all, she’s going to be a great cat companion very soon! 👍

Hard to believe she was a hot mess of a stray kitten from Toodyay 4 years ago.

The Fredster is at one o’clock from her, then it’s clockwise for Paisley, Wimbles, Toby, Mogwai, Lucky and T Bear.

I WAS trying to get some decent snaps of Spudy’s 2 teen boys.

From her all black litter of 5.

But Fred happened 🤨

So we’ve ended up with a mishmash of pics and Fred’s in ALL of them! 😂

Spudy’s boys have recently gone to

Cat Haven WA for vet work and adoption.

Along with the Kulin Bush Babies, Snugglepot and Cuddlepie

HUGE thank you to the Haven! 👏

We’ve done our part for these 4 young cats.

And now need you to cover the intake cost please 🙏

Our fee for transfer to Cat Haven is $80 total.

Which is a pittance compared to the expenses of vet work and daily care that they have shouldered.

But it’s a cost that eats into our weekly food and litter budget.

Colin transported them to meet their foster carer in Midland today.
